About the Program

What is Living Is For Everyone?

Living Is For Everyone provides furnished, all-inclusive independent living housing for adults seeking stability and a place to move forward. Housing is operated by L.I.F.E. Pathways LLC.

Who is this housing for?

L.I.F.E. housing is designed for adult males who are ready for independent living and have a stable income source. We primarily serve veterans 55+, seniors on fixed incomes, low-income adults 55+, and non-violent reentry participants who need a real foundation — not a temporary fix.

Is this assisted living?

No. L.I.F.E. Pathways LLC provides independent living only. There are no nursing or health staff on-site. Residents are responsible for their own personal care and daily living.

Is this a substance abuse treatment program?

No. L.I.F.E. Pathways LLC is not a substance use treatment program, detox facility, recovery residence, or clinical care provider. Residents must be able to live independently and follow a drug- and alcohol-free community standard.

Is housing guaranteed if I apply?

No. Placement depends on availability, eligibility review, income verification, and community fit.

How quickly can someone move in?

Move-in timing depends on current availability and completion of the review process.

Cost & What's Included

What does the $750/month program fee cover?

The $750 monthly fee is all-inclusive. It covers your furnished shared room, shared living space, all utilities (electric, water, heat), Wi-Fi, washer and dryer access, and participation in the structured community environment. It does not include personal expenses, food, or personal care items.

Are rooms private?

Residents have their own bed in a furnished shared room. Common areas — kitchen, living space, and laundry — are shared with other residents in the home.

Are utilities really included?

Yes. Electric, water, heat, and Wi-Fi are all included in the $750 monthly fee. There are no surprise bills or add-ons — one payment covers everything.

Are there any additional fees?

The $750 monthly program fee covers all included amenities. Personal expenses such as food, clothing, toiletries, and medications are the resident's responsibility. Any additional fees will be disclosed in writing before placement.

Eligibility & Applications

Who qualifies to apply?

To be considered, applicants must be male, age 55+ or a qualifying reentry participant, have stable, verifiable income sufficient to cover the $750 monthly fee, be seeking independent living (not health care or treatment services), not require 24-hour nursing-level supervision, and be willing to follow community standards.

What income sources are accepted?

Acceptable income sources include Social Security, SSI, veterans benefits, pension, employment income, and other documented income sufficient to cover the monthly program fee. All income must be stable and verifiable.

Is housing guaranteed when I apply?

No. Applying does not guarantee placement. All applications go through a screening process, and placement depends on availability, eligibility, and community fit. We review every application individually.

Can reentry participants apply?

Non-violent reentry participants may be eligible. Each application is reviewed individually. Contact our team for case-specific questions.

How long does the application process take?

Our team typically reviews applications within 3–5 business days. If there is a current opening and your eligibility is confirmed, we will contact you directly to discuss next steps and schedule a move-in orientation.
